Healthy body, healthy mind

As part of Month of the Mind 2018, in association with University of Nottingham Sport.

Sign up to a range of health and wellbeing activities offered throughout May, including:

  • a range of fitness sessions
  • mindfulness classes
  • breakfast clubs

All staff welcome.

These events are free for UoN Sport and Fitness members and £2 for non-members.

All proceeds will be donated to mental health charity Mind.
