Being active is not only great for your physical health and fitness but it can also improve your mental wellbeing.
As part of Month of the Mind, the Department of Sport are offering free places for staff for a range of exercise sessions.
The events take place from Monday 13 May – Friday 17 May 2019, across all our UK campuses. Places are limited, so advance booking is essential:
Monday 13 May 2019:
- 7am-8am: Body Pump (David Ross Sports Village, University Park)
- 4pm-5pm: Body Balance (Jubilee campus)
- 6:30pm-7:15pm: Zumba (Sutton Bonington)
Tuesday 14 May 2019:
- 12:30pm-1:20pm: Pilates (David Ross Sports Village, University Park)
- 12pm-1pm: Yoga (Jubilee campus)
- 12:15pm-1pm: Body Pump (Sutton Bonington)
Wednesday 15 May 2019:
- 7:15am-8am: Box Fit (Jubilee Campus)
- 1pm-2pm: Fitness yoga (Sutton Bonington)
- 5:15pm-5:45pm: Indoor cycling (David Ross Sports Village, University Park)
Thursday 16 May 2019:
- 7:15am-8:15am: Yoga – power flow (David Ross Sports Village, University Park)
- 5pm-6pm: Pilates (Jubilee campus)
- 6pm-6:45pm: HiIT (Sutton Bonington)
Friday 17 May 2019:
- 7:15am-7:45am: Watt Bike-Hitt (Jubilee campus)
- 5pm-6pm: Body Balance (David Ross Sports Village, University Park)
- 6pm-7pm: Legs, Bums and Tums (Sutton Bonington)
