Have you just started your first year at the University of Nottingham? We want to hear your feedback on our IT Services!
We want to learn more about new student experiences and satisfaction with IT Services at the University of Nottingham. We’ve developed a short survey to capture this information, which should only take a few minutes to complete.
We are offering a prize draw to win a brand new Lenovo ThinkPad Helix for participants who complete the survey. We would encourage you to be as honest as possible in order for us to build on your experiences and make our IT Services even better. You can take the survey here.
We’ve also launched four new ‘how to’ videos to help new students get up and running quickly with IT services:
If you still have any problems or IT queries, contact the IT Service Desk for help.

The Nottingham Student Experience Survey is your chance to make a difference at The University of Nottingham.
Tell us what you think about your University – what’s working well, what’s frustrating you and what we can do to help improve your time at Nottingham. The results of this survey will directly impact the decisions we make when it comes to teaching, libraries and IT, student support services and campus facilities.
In our video, Beth Massey, Students’ Union Education Officer, explains why you should get involved, and what changes have been made as a result of past feedback.
One University of Nottingham student will win a £200 Amazon voucher, while one lucky winner of an international prize draw will take away £1,000.
The survey is open to all students – take the survey online now using your student ID number. If you don’t have your student ID to hand, you should also have received an email with a personalised link to the survey. Check your email now.
