A public lecture by Nottinghamshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Paddy Tipping
Arguments about police accountability are rarely out of the news, and the devloution debate is focusing further attention on the governance of English cities and the role of local leaders. This is your opportunity to find out what impact Mr Tipping believes that PCCs have made over the last two years and what he thinks the future holds for them.
The lecture will be followed by brief responses from a panel of UoN researchers, and an opportunity for the audience to put questions to Paddy Tipping.
The lecture is free to attend and will include a light buffet lunch.
