Join us on Wednesday 1 May to mark the launch of the new UoN Compute service. 

Sponsored by the Digital Research Service with support from UNICAS, the Digital Research Compute Day is for researchers at all career levels who are interested in the innovation that the Compute Service can bring to their research. 

The day will feature:

• Presentations about on-site, regional, national HPC and cloud computing
• Talks showcasing Compute-enabled research
• Future developments for the UoN Compute service
• Networking with fellow Compute users and members of supporting teams
• Advanced data analysis techniques

Submit an abstract

To submit an abstract for a poster or talk, please visit our website. Please note the deadline for abstracts is Friday 12 April 2019. 

The UoN Compute Service is available to academic all researchers: PhD students, Post-Docs and Academic staff from any School or Faculty, who have the need for compute resource substantially greater than a standard PC. 

This event is open to everyone, even if you’ve never used the Compute service before.
