University Mental Health Day is taking place on Thursday 2 March and the theme this year is ‘get active for your mental health’.
While mental health is often associated with illness, this day aims to promote the understanding that everyone has mental health, and share some of the positive things we can do to look after our mental wellbeing and essentially keep our lives healthy.
Some of the University Mental Health Day activities include mental health and well being stalls, exercise classes and twitter competitions with prizes which include pamper packs.
For more information including the full programme of activities and events across the day, visit the HealthyU webpage.
