The School of Sociology and Social Policy and the Centre on Identity, Citizenship, Equalities and Migration (ICEMiC) welcome you to attend a screening of The Stuart Hall Project: a film about the life and work of eminent theorist Stuart Hall.
Hall was one of the most important scholars of the 20th and 21st centuries and his work spanned and influenced multiple disciplines, particularly Cultural Studies and Sociology. Thematically, his work was expansive, concerning matters such as: identity, migration, power, the state, ‘race’ and class.

There will be an optional drinks reception (8-9pm) for those wishing to discuss the film.
