A three-day programme tailored to reflect the challenges and experiences of disabled staff from any grade or job family.

The programme is useful for anyone thinking about personal or career development, or wanting to manage work situations more proactively.

It is open to staff from the University of Nottingham and other institutions in the East Midland region, whether or not you have declared your disability.

Participants should commit to all 3 sessions.

• Thursday 15 March: Disability matters
• Thursday 22 March: Leading in practice
