Our ‘Love Food, Value Waste’ event will explore the food waste landscape and what businesses can do to reduce and reuse their own waste in the form of energy. We will bring together key people to discuss the unique challenges and opportunities that food waste presents.
The agenda will include an overview of the waste landscape, an in-depth look at both liquid and solid waste streams, an update and future view from the University of Nottingham, a business case study and a site tour to see some of the technologies we have discussed in action.
