The leads of the new Data, Modelling and Uncertainty RPA would like to invite you to participate in its launch sandpit/hackthon event, intended as a catalyst for kicking off exciting new projects and collaborations.
“Challenge leads” from across the University’s faculties will give short presentations describing open research challenges, following which there will be a 2-hour sandpit/hackathon session for participants to get hands on with the problems and the data. There is £34k funding available for to support development of projects that emerge from the sandpit. A schedule of the day is given below.
