International Criminal Justice – Achievements and Perspectives (Reflection on procedural and substantive issues)

This seminar will look at the development of international criminal law and the system of courts and tribunals which apply it.

Although international criminal justice is relatively young and continually developing, the accumulated experience of various international courts allows us to reflect on these achievements and contemplate how the system is likely to develop in the future.
