Echo 360 training events

Training sessions have been arranged to cover the improvements Echo 360 have made to the Engage lecture recording service.

These changes include the introduction of a new user interface called Universal Capture and will make it quicker and easier to use the full functionality of the system.

This will affect all teaching rooms, with the exception of large lecture theatres which will continue to have the 2018-19 interface for the time being. If you’re not sure which system is in the room in which you are timetabled to teach, please refer to this list of locations of each type of system.

Training sessions will take place:

  • Wednesday 11th September 2019, 2-4 pm, A01 Highfield House, University Park Campus
  • Wednesday 18th September 2019, 2-4 pm, C15 Chemistry, University Park Campus
  • Wednesday 25th September 2019, 2-4 pm, B14 ESLC, University Park Campus

To book a place, please visit the Central Short Courses Engage booking page. You only need to attend one session as the content will be repeated.

Further training sessions will follow in due course, including on the Jubilee and Sutton Bonington campuses.

Instructions on how to use the new interface can also be downloaded in pdf format.
