Comparative Perspectives on Commercial Contracts, Security Interests and Insolvency

The University of Nottingham Commercial Law Centre will be hosting a seminar on ‘Comparative Perspectives on Commercial Contracts, Security Interests and Insolvency’.

In this seminar the papers will be presented by distinguished speakers, Michael Bridge, Professor of Law, National University of Singapore, Emeritus Professor of Law, London School of Economics and Edward Janger, David M Barse Professor of Law, Brooklyn Law School.

Professor Bridge will deliver a presentation titled ‘Exercise of Contractual Discretion’. Professor Janger will discuss his paper on ‘Tracing Equity: Realizing and Allocating Value in Chapter 11’.

This seminar will take place on Wednesday 27 February, 2.45-3.15 pm in the Law and Social Sciences Building on University Park Campus.
