Stroke research workshop

Stroke survivors and carers are invited to share their unique personal experience of the impact of stroke at a workshop run by the Nottingham Stroke Research Partnership Group.

Personal perspectives are essential in shaping future research directions, and attendees will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about the latest studies
  • Question the researchers and evaluate their work
  • Share your experience and tell us your priorities

This workshop will take place 10am-2.30pm on Tuesday 23 July in Room A103, Clinical Sciences Building, Nottingham City Hospital, NG5 1PB.

Attendance is free. For more information, and to book your place, please visit the event page.

Following a cerebellar stroke 7 years ago I live alone with some support and work part-time at the vet school. Despite this the stroke has had considerable impact on my way of life. I will be very interested in attending.
