Briefing sessions for staff – Nottingham Reward Scheme

December 2nd, 2019

The HR team are arranging a series of one-hour briefing sessions across our UK campuses throughout January 2020 for people to find out more about the Nottingham Reward Scheme.

The sessions will cover how the scheme works, the criteria for each reward and the different levels of reward, as well as taking colleagues through how to manage the system using the Employee Hub.

Book your place on a session near you.

The Nottingham Reward Scheme

The Nottingham Reward Scheme was launched earlier this year and has been developed in partnership with staff, following contributions from more than 450 colleagues across the University.

The scheme:

  • Provides opportunities for staff to be rewarded for excellent performance, which is over and above the normal expectations of their role
  • Is a flexible, four-tiered performance related reward scheme, with rewards ranging from vouchers to consolidated(incremental) rewards
  • Gives opportunities for self nominations, manager nominations and colleague nominations
  • Has various points in the year for nominations and rewards to be applied.
