The University’s Nottingham Reward Scheme is now open for people to nominate members of staff who have gone above and beyond expectations within their role.
Line mangers can nominate employees for a one-off £500 reward, you can nominate yourself or be nominated for a higher value, one-off reward.

You can make your nomination through the Employee Hub (login required), simply follow the steps based on the type of nomination you’d like to make.
The deadline for nominations for the current reward window is Tuesday 31 December 2019 but remember – you can make nominations for colleagues and employees for amounts between £25-£100 all year round.
Nominations for the £500 one-off reward and the higher value one-off reward will be considered in January, with successful nominations being paid in February.
