Week of Wellbeing (12-16 November): full programme available

A Week of Wellbeing for staff will take place from Monday 12 November-Friday 16 November 2018, providing the opportunity to participate in a range of wellbeing activities and events across our UK campuses.

The week has been organised to promote wellbeing at work and coincides with the official opening of the Cripps Health Centre.

The Week of Wellbeing will feature a diverse programme, including;

  • key note speakers from within and outside the University on topics such as Healthy Ageing and Taking Mental Health Seriously
  • financial wellbeing seminars
  • an introduction to the new Employee Hub and Employee Assistance Programme
  • mindfulness and Mental Health First Aider taster sessions
  • sporting/physical activities including twilight yoga, group exercise classes and walking meditation
  • health screening/body MOTs
