The theme for Holocaust Memorial Day this year is “Torn from Home” and encourages audiences to reflect on how the enforced loss of a safe place to call home is part of the trauma faced by anyone experiencing persecution and genocide.

Rethinking the Story of the Kindertransports: Testimony, Artefacts, Identity (Exhibition)

Hallward Library will be hosting an exhibition about the Kindertransports. The exhibition is part of a project by Amy Williams, a second year Holocaust Studies PHD student, funded by Midlands3Cities/AHRC .
