As nervous students around the country collected their GCSE results, academies sponsored by The University of Nottingham celebrated strong results.
Nottingham University Samworth Academy (NUSA) had its best ever set of GCSE results, with 52 per cent of students getting an A*-C including English and Maths. Meanwhile Nottingham University Academy of Science and Technology (NUAST) celebrated its first set of GCSE results.
