A PhD student is looking for healthy male and female volunteers to take part in a four-month research study to investigate whether replacing red and processed meat improves health.
Over the study, there will be four health assessments (weekday morning appointments) at the Medical School at Queen’s Medical Centre.
You will be provided with free meat-replacement ingredients for three months, and recipe ideas for meat-free meals.
