UoN Print Service printers are currently displaying the message ‘No access’ and then prompt for a password, which is not recognised and returns the user to the ‘No access message’.
The workaround is to login manually using university IT username and password via the ‘Alternate login’ button as follows:
This is under investigation by Xerox and Information Services. Please regularly check the IT Service Status webpage for updates on the UoN Print Service.
