This session, run by Lorna Lord (Head of HR Business Partnering) and Vincent Bryce (HR Specialist Services Team), will provide an overview and practical guidance on workforce planning.

It will give you the opportunity to discuss examples of workforce planning approaches used by different schools, with an emphasis on specific workforce planning challenges.

Who should attend: Heads and Deputy Heads of Schools, Heads of Departments and Divisions, Operations Managers and anyone involved with, or who has an interest in workforce planning.
