This three day programme is tailored to reflect the challenges and experiences of disabled staff from any grade or job family.
It is useful for anyone thinking about personal or career development, or wanting to manage work situations more proactively. The programme is open to staff from The University of Nottingham and other institutions in the East Midland region, whether or not you have declared your disability.
Participants should commit to all 3 sessions.
This is a bespoke programme of 3 interlinked workshops which look at disability, career management and leadership (self and others) from different perspectives and give participants the chance to work together and define and understand issues for themselves It is tailored to address the distinct, and often subtle, barriers in Higher Education which disabled staff must overcome.
