A rehearsed, script-in-hand reading of Nigel McCrery’s first play for the stage. Going Home focuses on the fate of Jews in the Nazi Holocaust, and tells a survivor’s story when he returns to his village in 1945.

McCrery first worked as a policeman where he became interested in forensic science before joining the BBC Drama Department’s graduate entry scheme. He has been responsible for creating such major series as Silent Witness, All the King’s Men and New Tricks.
