Following on from the success of the Inaugural Lean Forum event last year, we’re back bigger and bolder and would love you to come and  join us for our next annual event, designed to help you to further your Lean development, and enjoy a networking BBQ.

We welcome registrations from all areas of the university community that have an interest in Lean methodology based on Respect for People and Continuous Improvement and process improvement.

You will get the opportunity to:

• Take part in a whole forum activity, demonstrating the value of measuring your processes
• Attend two workshops that will help you to:
  1) Understand where your time goes
  2) Know where to start with your improvement ideas
• Meet some new colleagues and practice your problem solving skills
