Nottingham Confucius Institute is delighted to offer staff and students the opportunity to take part in a weekly Tai Chi practice session, wherever you are, every Friday from 28 January to 18 March.
Originally developed for self-defence, Tai Chi has evolved into a form of exercise combining graceful movement, stretching and mindfulness. Just 45 minutes of this gentle martial art exercise with our qualified Tai Chi instructor Dr Lan Lo can help you focus the mind, formulate thoughts, develop creative ideas and de-stress the body.
The practice is suitable for both Tai Chi practitioners at beginner levels as well as people who have never tried it but are willing to give it a go!
