Franz and Marie: Woyzeck Retold

War has been raging for many years. But now Franz is home, with his loving wife Marie, and both are safe. So why can’t he trust anybody and who is the mysterious drummer getting in the way of Franz’s happiness?Loosely based on Büchner’s incomplete German classic Woyzeck, this modern adaptation focuses on how we remember victims of war.

This event will take place 7.30-9.40pm on Wednesday 2 October in the Djanogly Theatre, University Park. Tickets cost £8.

Performances are suitable for ages 16+ (contains some strong language) and timings include an interval.

All proceeds go to the University of Nottingham Children’s Brain Tumour Research Centre.
