A second round of Student Services briefing sessions will be taking place from Tuesday 12 July until Friday 29 July. These events will be open to all staff – academic and administrative in both schools/faculties/departments and Professional Services – and will be a valuable opportunity to find out more about the new Student Services team.

The sessions have been arranged per faculty and will be delivered by the Faculty Pro-Vice-Chancellor (or a representative) and senior colleagues in Student Services. However, if you can’t make one of your Faculty’s events, or are a member of Professional Services staff, you are welcome to attend any event of your convenience.

These sessions will be an hour long with a half hour presentation and a half hour of questions. The presentation will include updates on welfare support, the Task Alignment Matrix, transition plans and how specific processes (coursework submission, module enrollment, timetabling) will work under the new Student Services organisation.
