Timetables for exams taking place in January 2020 will be released at 3pm today (Thursday 5 December).

From this time, staff will be able to view exam timetables at:

https://www.nottingham.ac.uk/studentservices/services/examinations.aspx

To log in, students should enter their University username in the format ‘username@nottingham.ac.uk’ and they should use their usual password.

Exam locations and seat numbers will be added during the week commencing Monday 9 December.

Please note the following:

• Alternative exam arrangements for students with a disability or condition will be added to their individual timetable during the week commencing Monday 9 December. From that time they will see the ‘AEA’ prefix on exams where alternative arrangements will be made.

• If students cannot see the ‘AEA’ prefix, exams are missing, they have exams scheduled for the same time or if they see exams they are not expecting to take, they should inform us by completing a student exam support form. In the meantime, they can view the schedule for all exams by using the master exam timetable.

• Students should inform us as soon as possible of any errors, no later than Friday 20 December.
