Nottingham 10k – travel and transport information

June 10th, 2019

On Sunday 16 June, the Asda Foundation Nottingham 10k will come to campus.

The Nottingham 10k will help raise money for the Nottingham Breast Cancer Research Centre – with £5 of every entry donated to support the centre’s important work and research. All further profits will go toward supporting the great work that the Jane Tomlinson Appeal do across the UK.

In accordance with traffic authority regulations for the Nottingham Metropolitan District, an order has been made prohibiting and restricting the use of certain roads and road junctions during the race.

Road closures and parking restrictions will be in place around University Park between 12pm, Saturday 15 June and 4pm, Sunday 16 June. A full list of road closures, including approximate times, can be found at the following link:

East Drive bus stops on University Park will also be closed during the event. The 901 service to Sutton Bonington will arrive and depart from the Dunkirk bus stop at the University East Entrance.
