The Leadership and Management Academy (LMA) offers a range of professional development opportunities to enhance leadership practice, build confidence and help develop a great network of like-minded colleagues.

Programmes are open to all University staff, and applications are particularly welcomed from individuals from under-represented groups in the community.

There are still places on the Executive Leadership Programme and the Operational Leadership Programme. There are limited places remaining on the Senior Leadership Programme and Stepping into Leadership Programme.

A new range of specialist programmes are also open for application, along with the bite-sized Spotlight on… sessions. These two-hour events held every month cover a range of practical topics and are led by experts from around the University. The LMA also continues to offer coaching and mentoring , job shadowing and a wide range of online resources for all staff  who wish to develop their skills and career.
