Food impacts our lives and we all have stories to share about it. These stories are embedded within food systems, drawing on agricultural histories, food science and engineering innovations. Food Tales is a series of free talks from the University of Nottingham’s Future Food Beacon designed to help you think about global food systems in a changing world.
This talk in in the series will be given by Kimberley Bell of the Small Food Bakery. The Small Food Bakery focuses on small batch food production in the hope of making positive changes to the local and wider food system.
This event will take place at Lakeside Arts, University Park, on Wednesday 26 February from 1pm
This is a free event and all are welcome, to book or find more information please head over to the official page
