Nottingham-based freelance illustrator and print artist Kim Thompson will be sharing examples of her work and experiences.

The inspirational talk will be followed by a short creative workshop for all abilities.

About Kim:

Kim’s work is a visual love letter to retro kitsch, mythology and pop culture, often featuring bold characters both real and imagined, centring notions of sisterhood, Black Joy and empowerment via otherness. Her recent clients include Converse, Colombia Records, Refinery 29 and Penguin Random House.
