Want to show off your creative side? Take part in a competition to create a logo for a new beer and you could win a range of prizes.
A group of MSc Brewing Science and Practice students are producing a 3,000 litre commercial batch of beer – “Zerogravity Brewing” – and are offering UoN students the chance to get involved in designing:
There is no set theme, so feel free to get creative!
The group’s final product will go on sale in July in local pubs, so the winning logo will be seen across Nottingham. As well as the experience, you will also receive:
To enter, send a design of the logo and a sketch of the beer tap handle to firstname.lastname@example.org by Sunday 1 May. Please include your full name, course and student ID number. A panel of judges will select a winning design. The competition winner will then design the final beer tap handle label by Wednesday 15 June, when the beer recipe and name will be finalised.
