The Home Office has confirmed that EU citizens and family members are able to move to the UK during the Brexit transition period, with no change to the current process.
The government announcement was welcomed by UUK, which commented: “This will help ensure that talented EU staff and students can continue to work and study in the UK during this period and provide certainty to employers.”
