University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus 15th anniversary

July 3rd, 2015

The University of Nottingham in Malaysia (UNMC) is holding events throughout 2015 to celebrate 15 years as a pioneer of transnational education.

For the next 15 weeks, in the build-up to the anniversary on 26 September, we will be sharing stories and news from the people who have worked and studied at the Malaysia campus over the years.

You can find out about all the memories, research and events, gathered from social media (#UNMC15) and the Malaysia Campus Life blog, in a weekly-round up published on our internal channels.

This week’s highlights are:

1. UNMC #Throwback – a walk down memory lane with a photo-led blog on the early days in Malaysia
2. Twitter facts and stats on the milestones and research at UNMC
3. The world’s biggest flower and frog-eating and poisonous plants all feature in a blog by UNMC’s Prof Christophe Wiart, who has spent many years in Malaysia’s ancient rainforests exploring the medicinal properties of its flora

If you have a story to tell on your experiences at UNMC, please contact emma.lowry@nottingham.ac.uk, and you will be put into a prize draw for travel vouchers worth £200.
