We understand that knowing where you’re going to live at University is really important to prospective students.

That’s why we now guarantee a room in University-arranged accommodation to all new, full-time undergraduates for their first year, even if they come to us later on through Clearing and Adjustment. As long as they have an unconditional status by 31 August in the year they want to start, firmly accept their course offer from us and accept their accommodation offer by the deadline given in their offer letter, they are guaranteed a room.
