Temporary agency staff – change in supplier

September 2nd, 2016

The University has had a change in supplier to its Master Vendor for temporary agency staff provided through TempZone.

The contract with the current supplier, Reed, ends on Friday 2 September. The new supplier is Adecco, from Saturday 3 September.

For TempZone bookings, the general booking procedure will remain the same, so please continue to contact tempzone@nottingham.ac.uk

As a reminder, all temporary recruitment agency bookings for the University need to come via TempZone and departments should not raise purchase orders themselves. Visit Workspace to find out more.

For existing agency workers, the University and Unitemps are working with Reed and Adecco to ensure that all bookings are transferred across smoothly. Please note, candidates currently in assignments should not be affected by this transition.

There will be a change to the online timesheet system. Further detailed information and instructions from Adecco will follow in due course.
