Navigating around hospitals, which are typically large and complex places, is often a major source of anxiety and frustration for those visiting and working there.
It can also result more directly in missed appointments and often puts a strain on staff time and resources in giving directions. Improving and supporting in-hospital navigation with new technologies will not only help to address such inefficiencies, but also enhance the overall visitor experience.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify the issues you encounter navigating around hospitals, so we may better understand the real impact of these upon patients, visitors and staff in these environments.
