Teaching and Learning Conference: call for contributions

Contributions from staff and PGR students are now being invited for the annual Teaching and Learning Conference, scheduled for 3 May 2019.

Contributions can take the form of papers, workshops, posters and roundtable discussions and should fit with the conference theme ‘Universal Design: meeting the teaching and learning challenges of 21st Century Higher Education’ in one of the following sub-themes:

  • Developing self-regulated learners
  • Student engagement
  • Professional competencies
  • Student voice
  • Addressing the attainment gap
  • Digital learning

Guidelines and further information is provided through the online submission process. You can submit your abstract via the following link:
http://teachingandlearningconference.nottingham.ac.uk/index.php/NU2019/tl2019. The deadline for submissions is Monday 11 February 2019.

Online submission opens: Monday 21 January 2019
Deadline for contributions (abstracts): Monday 11 February 2019
Reviews completed: Friday 8 March 2019
Notification of review outcome:  Monday 11 March 2019
All revisions (if appropriate) submitted Friday 22 March 2019
Final posters submission deadline: Friday 29 March 2019
Final presentations (e.g. slides) submission deadline: Friday 19 April 2019
Conference programme available: Friday 5 April 2019

Registration for the annual Teaching and Learning Conference is now open. Capacity is limited to 306 places, so early booking is recommended if you would like to attend this event. To book your place at the conference, enter the password TLC2019 when prompted on the EventBrite page.
