The Staff Engagement Survey closed on Friday 10 January. The survey had a final response rate of 55% across our UK, China and Malaysia campuses, including both online and paper surveys.
Director of HR, Jaspal Kaur, said: “Thanks to everyone who completed the survey – your participation will drive discussion and the creation of clear action which will contribute to improving staff engagement, helping to make the University a great place to work.
Particular thanks go to our network of Staff Engagement Champions, who continue to make great efforts on behalf of their colleagues.”
Institutional results will be shared on staff channels in April, when Faculties and Departments will get their departmental results. These results are your cue for conversations around local action planning. Local action plans will be fed back up to the University Executive Board in the late summer.
