Self service portal and supportworks – essential maintenance

Supportworks and the Self Service Portal are currently undergoing essential maintenance and will unavailable for the next few days.

Information Services is doing everything possible to restore the service to you as soon as possible. During this time please email or call the IT Service Desk directly and your enquiry will be managed accordingly.

If you have already raised an existing urgent ticket, please call the IT Service Desk (0115 95 16677) and the issue will be progressed for you.
