The University is currently reviewing and redeveloping the way we share information internally.
Our vision is to create a space that better supports you to find the information that you need, connect with and share ideas with colleagues and understand more about what’s going on in and around our University.
To achieve this, we need your help, your views and your opinions. We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete this short survey.
The survey will close on Wednesday 4 July, when we will randomly pick ten respondents to receive £10 Amazon voucher.

I can already typically find the information I need through workspace or via the website e.g. HR website. I connect with colleagues via O365 functionality. I don’t think we necessarily need another system.

– Ideally it would have integration with Microsoft 365. At the moment there is a lot of duplication and mismatch between resources on 365 and Workspace.
– Better search functionality than Workspace.
– Incorporate a refreshed and better version of Image bank.

Current software provides opportunities for groups or teams to share information. Suggest that the only need is some training in how to set this up.
