Planned downtime of Campus Solutions – upgrade and UniDocs

The Education Administration Continuous Improvement Team (EACIT) would like to remind you about two new updates coming to Campus Solutions (NottinghamHub).

Upgrade to Classic Plus

Campus Solutions will undergo an update, providing a modernised appearance and upgrades to the system. While you will notice visual differences, the core functionality remains unaltered for most users. More information and release notes will be provided within Campus Solutions on your home page when the update is complete.

UniDocs replacement of eDocs

We’re pleased to introduce UniDocs, the new document management system replacing eDocs. Utilising cloud technology, UniDocs offers improved performance and enhancing student and applicant experience by supporting uploads from their mobile devices.

Campus Solutions will be unavailable for the duration of this upgrade

Campus Solutions (NottinghamHub) and any related system, including Oracle Data Store (ODS), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) and PeopleSoft Customer Relationship management (CRM) will not be available during the update on the times listed below.

UK time 6pm Friday 8 December to 12 noon Sunday 10 December
China/Malaysia time 2am Saturday 9 December to 8pm Sunday 10 December

Please ensure that you complete any work that you need to do in Campus Solutions before the times specified.

Systems that receive data from Campus Solutions will stop receiving updates from 3pm Friday 8 December – the data will be updated in these systems by 9am Tuesday 12 December 2023.
