Following focus groups held in January 2019 to gather initial feedback and thoughts relating to potential changes to Performance Related Reward, we are holding a series of follow up focus groups in early May.
These sessions will share the developing Performance Related Reward work and gain further feedback and input from colleagues.

Please be careful not to rely on ‘objective’ measures alone. These can be played and take no account of what is really important – e.g. quality. This is especially true for administrative staff where measured gain can mask appalling wastage of time or money for front-line staff.
