Library Account PIN Reset for Students

December 17th, 2018

The Aleph library system is being updated to start taking data from the new Campus Solutions student records system. As part of this work, the PIN numbers that students use in their library accounts will be reset to the last 4 digits of their Library Card Number on or after Tuesday 18 December.

The Library Card Number (shown on the front of their student ID card) and the PIN number are used for library self-service machines, making room bookings and accessing online forms.

Students will be required to change their library account PIN number on or after Tuesday 18 December to ensure their library accounts remain secure.

This change only affects student accounts – all other users remain unaffected.
