Having issues with your laptop, tablet or phone?
The Smart Bar is here to help, open Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm in the Hallward Library Level 1 (lower ground), University Park. The team offer face to face support to help resolve your IT queries on the spot.
The team offer staff and students free support with any device, including:
If your issue can’t be resolved on the spot, you can drop your laptop or tablet off at the Smart Bar in Hallward Library, they will lend you a replacement and transfer your broken device to the Laptop Loan and Repair Service located in Pope A15b.
