‘Identifying and responding to students in difficulty: a guide for staff‘ covers responses to requests for help, role-related responsibilities towards students, referrals, responding to complex situations, urgent situations, confidentiality and specialist services.
Hard copies of the guide will be distributed this coming week to departments with student-facing roles, including Student Service Centres, faculties, libraries and sports facilities.
