Future Leaders Programme opens for applications

October 10th, 2018

The 2018/19 Leadership and Management Academy (LMA) Future Leaders Programme is now open for applications.

Through a mix of workshops, coaching, 360° analysis, and the application of learning in practice through a work based project, you can learn and work with your peers from across the University, and enhance your leadership and management practice.

Future Leaders is the programme for you if you’re moving from an operational leadership to a more strategic leadership role. You might have ambitions to become a head of a school or a professional service team, or perhaps wish to take on more responsibility across the University.

Your role is likely to be at L5 or L6, and staff from all job families at these levels are welcome to apply.

The Future Leaders Programme will help to develop and support you as an existing leader to be ready for future leadership roles across the University.

The deadline for applications is Saturday 10 November 2018.
