Enhancements to the hopper bus services

September 17th, 2019

The following changes will be implemented to the hopper bus services from Monday 23 September.

  • 901 Sutton Bonington — additional connectivity will be added to Kegworth in the morning and evening peaks
  • 902 King’s Meadow Campus — an on-request ‘set down’ stop will be added on Lenton Lane to facilitate connectivity to the Tram Network (note this is only on the KMC to UP section of the route)
  • 903 Jubilee Campus — this route will no longer serve East Drive or the Arts Centre and will loop around campus before exiting the North Entrance. This change will remove significant congestion to East Drive and also improve the reliability of the service by avoiding significant congestion in the Dunkirk area.

These changes are being implemented to help improve the overall reliability of service, improve connectivity and further enhance the campus environment.

New timetables will be uploaded to the website shortly.
